AIMES Homes
AIMES Homes has a staff of dedicated care workers. The staff coordinates and
performs with a team-based approach, providing 24 hour quality care to all
residents. The program is a well structured routine, designed to provide a safe,
secure living environment for all our residents. Each resident can grow and
work toward resolving their own specific issues. Also implemented as part of
the program is a wide range of recreational and social activities which
reinforces positive interaction among both staff and residents. Each resident's
personal investment in the program is nurtured and promoted by the team,
which results in stable and long term success.
Residents come together in a residential setting from a variety of backgrounds
and social arrangements. Many of our residents have experienced problems in
dealing effectively within their schools or communities, have experienced family
issues such as abuse and neglect, substance abuse. Understanding that
each resident has specific needs, our staff work one on one with our residents
continuously to help them accept and work through their own unique issues
and to accept responsibility and accountability.

Shelley Home
The Shelley Home provides care, support with a family setting for adults 18-59
years of age who are diagnosed with developmental disabilities and may have
mental health issues with evidence of dysfunctional patterns of behavior.
The main focus of our Shelley Home is our Behavior Modification program while
providing a safe and structured living environment where consumers can learn
to reduce or eliminate their inappropriate behaviors and work toward improving
the behavioral, learning and social challenges that exist. To accomplish this,
our Shelley home staff provides each individual with guidance, training,
experience and assist the consumers in applying these new skills by increasing
his/her independent living and overall self-esteem.

consumers with training, personal or medical needs, and to plan activities and
outings in the community. Staff assists consumers with nutrition and exercise,
social skill development and recreational activities, as well as training in i
ndependent skills (such as cooking, budgeting and cleaning). The Shelley
Home utilizes supportive services, such as: doctors, dentists, psychologists,
behaviorists, teachers and any other professional services.

Jade & Coronado Homes
AIMES Jade and Coronado Homes provides care, support, with a family setting
for children 6 – 17 years of age who are diagnosed with Autism and or other
developmental disabilities. AIMES provides these children with a normalized,
team-oriented application of psychology, therapeutic, behavior modification,
instructional, recreational and childcare services. Their approach seeks to
meet the children’s social and behavioral needs, establishment and
maintenance of mental and physical health, family and community adjustment
and appropriate interaction with peers, and society as a whole.
The ultimate goal of our Jade and Coronado homes is to provide an opportunity
for each consumer to learn the skills and behaviors needed to live in a more
independent setting and be a part of his/her community. All consumers will be
encouraged to make choices in his/her life and daily activities. His/her staff,
family, friends, caseworker and any additional person(s) in his/her ID Team
and Circle of Support will support each consumer. All consumers will be
encouraged to be part of a day-to-day life and participate in activities. Each
consumer will help establish his/her own individual program plan with his/her ID
Team. Each consumer will be encouraged to participate in normalized,
educational/vocational and interactive activities to the best of his/her abilities
