Support Staff Supportive Living Services
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have own vehicle to transport consumers
- Must have Valid California Driver's License
- Proof of Insurance Coverage
- Criminal Records Check
- Must be able to read and write and speak comprehensible
English - Must have patience and capacity to work with difficult
behaviors - Pass random drug screening
- Evidence of TB Test (negative) within the last year
- Staff are required to possess valid CPR and First Aid cards
- Rate of Pay: $8.00 per hour
Support Staff Group Homes
- Job Description:
- Under direction, assists in developing and maintaining consumers
programs and evaluating consumers care, works closely with other
members of the treatment team to fulfill all IPP plans.
All Support Staff hired by AIMES Consulting will have a minimum of
one year working with the current population served. All Support Staff
will have completed their Year One DSP training, for those with
qualifying experience without the completion of the DSP training, staff
will have to completed DSP training and/or certification within their first
six months of employment.
Qualifications:
- Support Staff are required to possess valid CPR and First Aid
cards, a valid California Drivers License, current DMV printout,
proof of insurance coverage, and proof that they have
successfully completed a CPI training course, and have
fingerprinting through the Department of Social Services.
- Support Staff will have a health screening physical and a
negative TB test.
- Must be patient and have the capacity to work with very difficult
behaviors and their overall people skills;
- Must be able to read, write and speak comprehensible
English; and
- Must have good overall people skills.
- Rate of Pay: $8.00-$10.00 per hour
